Professor,

I saw you on the Donahue show in the late 1980’s maybe early 90’s.  You were defending the free speech rights of Luther Campbell of 2 Live Crew. I was in my early 20’s and understood right away, you were defending the right of the man, not the man.
Does Larry David (and others) really not understand that???

Professor Dershowitz:

I enjoy your books, media appearances, and your podcast.  Lately, I have seen what I view as a strong disagreement between your own positions.  You have stated that you are not comfortable with the current state of the DOJ regarding how they are handling various major cases; however, you refuse to support the political party which is being attacked with these improper actions.  If you continue to support the current ruling (an intentional, questionable use of this word) political party, you are not using your platform to lead to a correction of these activities.

I look forward to reading your new book and I use the availability of that book as a determination of whether or not I will purchase anything from a local bookstore .
