On Sep 13 you stated the Republican impeachment inquiry was not on constitutional grounds.

Bribery is one of the grounds mentioned. Why, with the amount of information the House has gathered, is it unconstitutional to investigate whether the pattern shown as VP does not extend to his current Presidential status?

Separately. Can one impeach a past VP and make him ineligible for this current post as President? If not, aren't we allowing politicians to play with time in their favor, as some of us think they did after the last (to them) fraudulent election?

Love your podcast, even when I disagree with your opinions once in a while. We both seem to be Kennedy Democrats.
